Bita brings her creativity and energy to the team with over 20 years of inspiring others through teaching, coaching, mentoring, and content creation. Bita spent the first half of her life growing up in a Persian-American family in the midwest – her mom is a talented artist and her father a surgeon. With this background she has a unique ability to bring art and science to food including tips for reinventing recipes in a simpler, healthier way, all the while keeping it delicious and aesthetically pleasing! Bita runs her food website, Oven Hug from her home in Menlo Park, California and offers over 200 heart-healthy recipes.

Meet Beata Nazem Kelley
Founder of the food blog BeatsEats.com, Beata is the Persian Girl Desperately Addicted to Food! She was born to Persian parents in San Francisco and has been immersed in the art of cooking and hospitality from an early age. Her background is in marketing with 10+ years of media and communications planning experience in SF, NYC, and Silicon Valley.
Beata enjoys going on picnics, city hikes, and frequenting local restaurants. She lives in the City with her husband and 2 kids.
